A quote that reflects the support you need

At OneStone Oak, monthly pricing is based on an assessment of each resident's physical and medical needs. The quoted monthly rate is all-inclusive, with no separate level-of-care charges. A published starting price would not explain the arrangement proposed for your family member, so call 210-436-8669 to schedule an assessment and request current pricing.

Describe the support already provided at home, the person's routines, and any concerns the family wants to discuss. Ask what information the team needs before the assessment and how sensitive information should be supplied securely.

The community fee, published

OneStone Oak charges a one-time community fee of $1,500, paid at move-in, when you contact us directly. Families referred by a placement agency or advisor should ask about their fee. We publish it because families deserve to know the full cost before they visit.

What to confirm in writing

Ask for a clear explanation of the proposed care arrangement and its cost. Confirm the current monthly amount, the included services, and which personal or outside professional expenses remain separate.

Review the agreement's terms for reassessment, future price changes, notice, cancellation, move-out, and refunds. All-inclusive describes the quoted arrangement; it should not be read as a guarantee that a rate never changes or that every possible external service is included.

Private pay only

OneStone Oak is a private-pay community. Medicaid and Texas Medicaid STAR+PLUS are not accepted. Any insurance reimbursement or other funding arrangement should be confirmed directly with the relevant provider before you rely on it; no benefit approval is promised on this website.

Compare the complete setting

The community has 16 private bedrooms with communal bathrooms. It is licensed as Texas HHSC Type B assisted living, License #311593. Consider the accommodation, proposed support, and written terms together when comparing costs with other communities.

For a temporary arrangement, ask about respite stays of at least 30 days. Pricing, availability, suitability, and the terms for the proposed dates must be discussed with the team.

Call to schedule an assessment

Call 210-436-8669 for an assessment and updated pricing. Our cost guide explains how to compare quotes, while our assessment guide helps you prepare questions. Please do not send medical records through the website inquiry form; the team will explain how to share health information securely.
