The team assesses your loved one’s needs to confirm OneStone Oak is a suitable fit and to prepare a quote. What happens during an assessment.
4. A written, all-inclusive quote
You receive one all-inclusive monthly rate with no separate level-of-care charges. The one-time community fee is $1,500 when you contact us directly; families referred by a placement agency or advisor should ask about their fee. Review the agreement terms before you sign. OneStone Oak is private pay only; Medicaid and STAR+PLUS are not accepted.
5. Plan the move
