# How to Move Into Assisted Living at OneStone Oak, San Antonio

## 1. Call or request a tour

## 2. Visit the community
Walk the actual bedrooms, bathrooms and shared spaces, meet the team, and bring your questions. Our [25-question tour checklist](/blog/questions-to-ask-assisted-living-tour/) can help. Visiting hours are daily, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
## 3. Assessment of physical and medical needs

## 4. A written, all-inclusive quote
You receive one all-inclusive monthly rate with no separate level-of-care charges. The one-time community fee is $1,500 when you contact us directly; families referred by a placement agency or advisor should ask about their fee. Review the agreement terms before you sign. OneStone Oak is private pay only; Medicaid and STAR+PLUS are not accepted.
## 5. Plan the move
