With over 10 years of experience through our sister facility, Marina’s Assisted Living, situated on IH 10 and Wurzbach, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure exceptional care for our residents.
Our community has sixteen thoughtfully designed private bedrooms, allowing us to focus on creating a personal and intimate atmosphere where our staff, residents, and families can truly get to know each other. By maintaining a limited number of residents, we ensure that each individual receives the attention and care they deserve.
At OneStone Oak Senior Living, we understand the importance of creating a personalized and comfortable living space. We encourage senior assisted living residents to bring their favorite furniture, personal items, and decorative pieces from home, enabling them to create a personalized and familiar environment. Alternatively, we can arrange for these items to be provided. We believe that familiarity and personal touches contribute to a sense of security and well-being in a new environment.

My mother has been a resident of OneStone Oak Senior Living since August and I am convinced that this is absolutely the best senior living facility in the San Antonio area. The first impression you get when you walk in is how clean and meticulous this facility is maintained. This is a family owned and operated business which treats each resident as if they were family. I was very apprehensive when I could no longer care for my 95 year old husband. After hearing horror stories about senior “homes”, I was so fortunate to find One Stone Oak Senior Care.
Upon entering the facility, you are immediately struck by a peaceful feeling. The owners, Florin and Maria and the rest of their staff take personal interest and care of each resident. While in the hospital for a few days, it was important that I did not have to worry about him. You will not find a better and more compassionate place.
The OneStone Oak Senior Living Facility has done nothing less than a superb job taking care of my wife, who has been bed ridden for the past eight months. The staff has been totally supportive in meeting all of her needs and requirements, as well as, coordinating closely with her Hospice Company. I have nothing but high praise for this facility and its staff on how it operates and how they takes care of the patients within the facility.
I have such gratitude and appreciation for everyone who assisted with my mother’s care at OneStone Oak. Their amazing teamwork and communication allow them to show respect and compassion every day to every resident. They were truly a home away from home for my mother. My mother responded by eating better than she had previously and her anxiety was greatly reduced in their care. I had very high expectations for her care and my expectations were exceeded. I would highly recommend OneStone Oak to someone looking for an assisted living facility for a loved one.
My mother has been a resident at One Stone Oak for about 3 months. During this time we’ve been very satisfied with One Stone Oak. We considered about 10 different facilities before choosing One Stone Oak. These ranged from 6 to 100+ bed facilities, which all came highly recommended. We felt the smaller facilities offered a more personal, home-like experience.
We chose one Stone Oak for several reasons:
1. Family owned and operated. Florin and his wife Maria along with other family members own this property along with at least one other similar facility. Florin and/or Maria can be found on site nearly every day, making sure that everything is running smoothly.2. The care givers are top-notch. They are highly experienced and truly care about the well-being of the residents.
3. This is a very nice, well-maintained facility. It has the feel of a new home, even though it was built a few years ago. The common area is bright and open. The adjoining patio is large and comfortable, overlooking a beautifully landscaped space.
I highly recommend One Stone Oak for anyone looking for a high quality, full service assisted living facility.

Our kitchen at OneStone Oak Senior Living is well-appointed and meets commercial food preparation guidelines. With our kitchen staff’s expertise, we serve traditional home-cooked meals that preserve an enduring sense of comfort for our residents as they acclimate to their new environment. Our menu offers a wide range of dinner options, along with typical breakfast and lunch selections. Snacks are also available throughout the day to keep our residents satisfied.
Adjacent to the living and dining space, we have a large patio area and garden area with tables and chairs. San Antonio’s delightful weather for about nine months of the year makes the patio a wonderful respite for our residents. The outdoor area is securely fenced, providing families with peace of mind when bringing their grandchildren to enjoy the outdoors.
